Available Teaching Positions for Upper Primary Level

1. Teacher of Mathematics and SET (Science and Elementary Technology)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Mathematics and SET for upper primary students.

• Develop lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials aligned with the national curriculum.

• Use innovative teaching methods to enhance students' problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Participate in school activities, including academic competitions and teacher training sessions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A recognized Diploma (A2) or higher in Education, specializing in Mathematics or Science.

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the upper primary level.

• Proficiency in English as the language of instruction.

• Strong analytical skills and a passion for STEM education.

2. Teacher of English and Kinyarwanda

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English and Kinyarwanda languages, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.

• Develop culturally relevant and interactive language activities.

• Prepare students for national language assessments and competitions.

• Foster a love for literature and effective communication in both languages.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma (A2) or higher in Education, with a focus on Languages or Linguistics.

• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching English and Kinyarwanda at the primary level.

• Fluency in English (mandatory) and native-level proficiency in Kinyarwanda.

• Creative teaching methodologies to engage young learners.

3. Teacher of SRS (Special Religious Studies) and ICT (Information and Communication Technology)

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach SRS with an emphasis on moral values, ethics, and interfaith understanding.

• Deliver ICT lessons, including basic computer skills, digital literacy, and coding fundamentals.

• Organize school religious events and manage ICT lab resources.

• Integrate technology into teaching to enhance learning experiences.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma (A2) or higher in Education, with a background in Religious Studies, Theology, or ICT.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching SRS and/or ICT at the primary level.

• Proficiency in English and familiarity with educational software/tools.

• Strong ethical grounding and ability to inspire students spiritually.
